Job Description

Estimating & Technical Support

•     Assist with drawing reviews and planning activities.
•     Perform basic material takeoffs and quantity counts.
•     Support IFC (Issued for Construction) drawing comparisons.
•     Assist with ConEst setup and basic system tasks.

Procurement & Documentation

•     Prepare and process Cutting Purchase Orders (POs).
•     Support RMA (Return Material Authorization) documentation.
•     Maintain and organize O&M manuals.
•     Assist with invoice review and approval workflows in Kojo.

Operations & Field Coordination

•     Support warehouse organization and material management.
•     Conduct site quality‑control checks as directed.
•     Provide assistance to service, underground, and deck teams when required.
•     Track and manage tools and equipment to support field productivity
