Job Description
Estimating & Technical Support
- Assist with drawing reviews and planning activities.
- Perform basic material takeoffs and quantity counts.
- Support IFC (Issued for Construction) drawing comparisons.
- Assist with ConEst setup and basic system tasks.
Procurement & Documentation
- Prepare and process Cutting Purchase Orders (POs).
- Support RMA (Return Material Authorization) documentation.
- Maintain and organize O&M manuals.
- Assist with invoice review and approval workflows in Kojo.
Operations & Field Coordination
- Support warehouse organization and material management.
- Conduct site quality‑control checks as directed.
- Provide assistance to service, underground, and deck teams when required.
- Track and manage tools and equipment to support field productivity
