Personal Support Worker PSW / Caregiver

Looking for an experienced, kind, patient and friendly Personal Support Worker (PSW) / female companion / caregiver for our 80 year old Mother who suffers from Alzheimer's.

She has no mobility or incontinence issues. However, has fairly advanced Alzheimers symptoms including forgetfulness, conversations with herself, unsure of where she and the confusion that accompanies this.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• keeping her safe
• companionship
• meal prep/clean up
• entertainment such as watching her favourite tv shows, a walk around the block, enjoying nice weather in the backyard and general conversation and companionship

We are a covid conscious family and all household occupants have received their first covid vaccine. Please include how you have fortified yourself and against the COVID virus.

Timing: 2-3 days a week, 9-4,

Location: Brampton, 410/Bovaird.
