Job Description

We are looking for  looking to hire Coach drivers for its Fort St. Johns location. Must reside in Fort St. John's If you have a clean driver’s abstract, enjoys driving and working with the public, are neat in appearance, presentable and friendly, please see the job description below. Drivers will be staying in camp; accommodations provided. Fort McMurray residents preferred

Responsibilities:

• Drive company coach bus to transport workers to and from the worksite.
• Complete required paperwork such as log sheets, dispatch sheets, DVIRS, FLRA’S
• Notify dispatchers or company mechanics of vehicle problems.
• Operate all company equipment needed to communicate with company dispatchers such as radio, in order to receive information, updates and passenger locations.
• Demonstrates behaviours consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, fueled and safe bus
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Knowledge:

• Coach drivers require minimum 3 years’ motorcoach experience or 5 years’ heavy haul trucking required
• Valid class 2 license with air brakes or class 1 and clean driving record
• Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate in English (written and oral)

Working Conditions:

• Dusty with changing weather
• 10 and 4 rotation
