French / English Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Work From Home During Covid-19 - $15.75 - 16.75 per hour

We are looking to add full-time permanent Bilingual (French / English) Call Center Representatives to join our client's team. 

Work from home during Covid-19 then transition into the office when it is safe to do so!

 

Hours: This is a full-time role for five days a week. The two days off will be 2 consecutive days but will not necessarily be Saturday and Sunday. This role is 40 hours a week of consistent work with an opportunity for overtime hours if desired. This is not a temporary or contract position; this is a permanent role.

 

Languages: Must speak clear and fluent English AND French

 

In this position, you will:

  • Provide excellent customer service to incoming calls, emails, texts, and online chat inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues and leave them feeling satisfied and pleased with their experience
  • NO outbound calling or selling

 

Ideally, we are looking for applicants:

  • Speak clear fluent English and French 
  • Customer service oriented problem-solver
  • Must be able to work a full-time schedule of 5 days on, 2 days off
