Customer Service Representative - English speaking or Bilingual English / French - Work from home

About the Position:
Please note that this is a work from home position for the duration of the Covid-19 situation and candidates may be required to work onsite at the Montreal office when the situation stabilizes at the request of management and operational needs.
In this position, you will:
- Answer calls and direct customer calls as required
- Work collaboratively with your team
- Use computers and software to access customer information and add information as necessary
- Assist customers with questions and concerns. Escalate as needed
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work to stay updated on latest company knowledge and information
- Make customers happy
Ideally, we are looking for applicants:
- At least 18 years of age
- Possess a flexible schedule. We have shifts 24/7
- Graduated from high school or possess a GED
- Excellent English speakers and/or bilingual in English/French
What we can offer you:
- $14 an hour to start
