We are seeking a few new Sales Representatives to join our great team.

You will be on the phone and in online meetings all day selling and servicing business clients regarding their recruiting and hiring needs

The market is hot. Almost every company is hiring and many have multiple jobs open at any time.

You will be selling recruiting and hiring-related services.

Ideally you have a sales background or always wanted to be in sales and you have some knowledge of the recruitment and hiring industry.

All you do is sell and assist customers; we deliver all the services.

You must:

• Love being on the phone. Not scared to call potential prospects. 40+ outbound calls daily.
• Ability to speak French is an asset.
• Able to talk and make notes on the computer at the same time
• Professional phone skills
• Fast and accurate computer skills
• Quick learner
• Not afraid to strategically move toward the sale
• Able to overcome objections
• Deeply want the opportunity to make over $100,000 annually.
• Self-motivated
• Have a quiet home office
• Have a computer with double monitors or a laptop with a second monitor
• Have a cell phone to take and make calls (no long distance, our system does the calling)
• Have high sped internet
