Skilled Construction Labourer

We are expanding our presence in Edmonton AB and looking to add a Skilled Construction Labourer to the team! Job Duties:

• Operate and care for construction equipment and machines
• Help equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary
• Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards
• Load and unload construction materials
• Put together and take apart temporary structures
• Remove, fill, or compact earth.
• Follow instructions from supervisor
• Ready to learn on-the-job training when necessary
• Help promote a work safe environment.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience as a general laborer in the construction industry
• Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of team
• Experience with basic power and construction tools
• Ability to do physical labor, be able to stand, knee, crouch, bend and walk
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must own PPE and transportation to job site
• Good work ethic and a willingness to learn
