We are currently recruiting for:

• Journeyperson / Senior Welders

• Apprentice Welders

• Welder Helpers

What We’re Looking For

• Open to Ticketed Journeypersons, Registered Apprentices, and entry-level Helpers with strong welding aptitude or shop experience.

• Ability (or willingness to learn) to read welding symbols, prints, and engineering layout diagrams.

• Commitment to shop safety, team collaboration, and quality craftsmanship.

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of application (we are unable to offer visa or work permit sponsorship).

What You’ll Be Doing (Role-Dependent)

• Read, interpret, and bring drawings & weld process specs to life with accuracy.

• Operate welding systems to fuse structural steel components across various positions.

• Execute precise cutting, beveling, and shaping of metal components using industrial brakes, shears, torches, and grinders.

• Assemble welded frames, skids, and enclosures with dead-on alignment.

• Assist in constructing, repairing, and maintaining custom industrial gensets, datacenters, and field equipment.

• Inspect welds to catch and correct defects before parts move to the next production stage.

• Maintain a clean, organized bay in accordance with Alberta OHS protocols and company safety guidelines.
