Position Overview:

We are hiring Journeyman Electricians  and foremen to perform rough‑in for door access systems/ security cameras, finishing, and system installation work in multifamily residential construction. You will contribute to high‑quality electrical installations while working in a safe, structured, and professional environment.

Foreman Qualifications:

• Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent 
• 3+ years of experience in multifamily residential construction
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

• Must have own tools and PPE

• Complete daily hazard assessments

• Comply with on site safety standards

• Participate in weekly toolbox talk

• Reliable transportation to get to and from work
