Roles & Responsibilities:

• Complete work on multi-family/condo projects
• Read blue prints, layout floor plans and shop drawings 
• Perform installations in condominiums 
• Run a 6 - 10 man crew well completing tasks on a day-to-day basis
• Complete suite and shaft layout
• Day-to-day communication with PMs and other trades on site

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Sheet Metal license
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the sheet metal industry
• Commercial setting experience - specifically multi-family/condo
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license
