Job Type: Full-time Permanent

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per annum

 

The salary range reflects the expected compensation for this position. The final offer will be determined based on a holistic assessment of the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on and highly versatile Administration Manager to oversee the organization’s administrative operations and internal service functions. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations including office administration, facilities management, corporate services, and related support functions while supporting business objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate administrative services and office operations.
  • Oversee reception, mail distribution, courier services, shipping, and general office support.
  • Support internal and external affairs related to administrative functions.
  • Oversee office facilities, maintenance, repairs, and related services.
  • Coordinate workspace planning, office renovations, relocation and facilities maintenance.
  • Manage relationships with facility/building contractors, and service providers.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to administrative and shipping personnels.
  • Provide administrative and strategic support to the leadership team.
  • Lead or coordinate special projects assigned by management.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in administration or office management.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities that can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and strong decision-making skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Knowledge of office administration and corporate services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese is an asset

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Technical or facilities management background
  • Familiarity with shipping operations and systems
