Our client a manufacturer of food containers in Aurora is looking for fulltime Production workers for their busy facility.
Production Associate:
Looking to place up to 12 full time associates.
Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with assembly processes, ensuring components are correctly assembled according to specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards to ensure product consistency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve workflow processes.
Requirements
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting while maintaining safety protocols.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous. Hourly rate: $19.50
Shift: 12 hour rotating continental shift,
2 days on, 2 days off, work every other weekend,
2 weeks will be day shift 7:00am – 7:00pm then you rotate to 2 weeks on nights 7:00pm – 7:00am.
Benefits: Health and Dental upon completion of 3-month probationary period, RRSP after 3-month probationary period, company matches up to 2% and increases with tenure.
