FOLDING OPERATOR STARTING PAY $23-25

Responsibilities
To do set ups on Miniature folding equipment.
Operation and preventive maintenance of Folding Equipment
Folding as per the specifications on docket and the sample provided in the docket
Maintaining cleanliness of working area and equipment
Making prototype samples as required by customer and other internal departments
Ensuring Line Clearance to prevent cross-contamination
Following GMP and other protocols set by the company
Setting up codes on the folding readers
Setting up the water scores and glue guns on the folders
To follow the folding work instruction at all times
Ensuring that the folders run at their optimum best efficiency
To abide by the company policy, procedures and related work instructions
To suggest improvements to department heads
To do the weight checking of trays to ensure the # of inserts are as per the packaging requirement
To fill the related forms and checklists correctly and on time
Operation and preventive maintenance of Folding Equipment
Education & Experience Requirements
High school graduation diploma or equivalent experience
Experience working on GUK folders, MBO Folders, Stahl Folders or any other brand of folding
equipment is preferred.
At least 2 years experience operating folding machines Or formally trained to run the folding
machines
Hours
Monday to Friday
Dayshift 6:00am-2:30pm
Afternoon shift 1:30pm-10:00pm
