University or College Graduate for Professional Sales

We are seeking University or College graduates for our professional sales roles.

Our roles are either 100% inside telephone sales or inside 80% / outside 20%

We offer our clients in Canada and the United States a variety of products and services to attract applicants to their open positions including job posting distribution, staffing assistance, recruiting/headhunting, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), career website design, social media applications and consulting services. 

In this role you will be working from our Mississauga office located in the Dixie Rd / Derry Rd area.

We are seeking individuals who love the challenge of prospecting and calling on HR Professionals and company management to discuss their hiring challenges and how we can help them fill their toughest to fill roles . Using your knowledge of our products and services, you will be responsible for phoning prospective clients, introducing tour firm and the products and services that would be best suited for them, sending literature by email, following up and closing the sale. This position requires being comfortable on the phone, selling your personality as well as our services. To excel in this job, you have an understanding of the science of selling and have knowledge of modern day techniques of generating interest, informing and closing the sale. This position includes calling companies across North America.

What your role Involves

  • As our inside sales representative you will be contacting HR Managers, Recruiters, VP's, Presidents and Owners who are hiring and introduce them to our unique hiring and recruiting solutions.
  • On the phone call the Inside Sales Representative will inquire if they are still hiring, what are the clients hiring challenges and provide information on our services and try to close a sale.
  • You will follow up with an email outlining our services and follow up with phone calls.
  • You will continue to follow up until a sale is made or the prospect is or sure 100%  not interested. And even then you are still selling.
  • Selling doesn’t start until someone says no. Until then it is just show and tell. We show and tell then we sell.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Self-starter and able to work with very little supervision
  • Tech savvy, proficient with computers
  • Love selling and love talking
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales quotas
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven track record of strong client relationships
  • Must speak clear, fluent English
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Sales experience, specifically in Recruiting, Job Posting, Applicant Tracking System Sales, Technology Sales, SaaS sales an asset
  • Account Management experience an asset
  • University or College graduate preferred.
  • Good work ethic.
