POSITION: RESIDENCE COORDINATOR
Primary Site: Stratford
Temporary Part-Time
(Shifts: 8- and 12-hour shifts, days, evenings and nights, 7 days/week as required, may be subject to change)

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for effectively and efficiently managing a busy office setting, including clerical duties associated with the Hospitality Industry.

REPORTS TO: Manager, Housekeeping & Linen Services

DATE REQUIRED: As soon as possible

SALARY: $21.99 to $23.39 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Minimum Grade 12 education.

Experience:
- Office or hotel/motel management experience an asset

Abilities:
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent computer skills: proficient in word processing, spread sheet, and graphic software packages
- Basic accounting skills
- Customer service focus with direct client contact; a passion for achieving total customer satisfaction and retention.
- Able to meet the physical demands of the position.
