HR Industry Sales - New Graduates Welcome

From our office in Mississauga, Ontario we offer our clients in Canada and the United States a variety of products and services to attract applicants to their open positions including job advertisement distribution, career website design, social media applications and recruitment services.

We are currently hiring at our Mississauga office near the airport for a new inside sales representatives for our sales team.

About the Position

Our Inside Sales Representatives call on HR departments and hiring managers and introduce them to our unique hiring and recruiting solutions. On the phone call the Inside Sales Representative will provide information on our services and try to close a sale for our services. An Inside Sales Representative will call 30-50 people daily and connect with them in a meaningful way that may lead to a sale.

Requirements
- No experience is necessary, we will train you
- Excellent computer skills; comfort with learning a new CRM
- Knowing a thing or two about recruiting and HR would go a long way, but is not necessary as we will train on product knowledge.

We offer a great base salary and commission. Top 20% Sales Representative will earn over $100,000 annually.
