Please note that this position is straight commission only, however we have the highest commission rates in the industry so you'll be making more with us than with anyone else.

We are currently hiring for a new outbound calling sales representatives for our sales team. You will be working from the comforts of your home. Flexible hours, make your own schedule, lots of company technical and product support to help you excel in your role, and the highest commission rates in the industry. Plenty of leads! A week of training is provided but sales training with your manager is ongoing so you always have the guidance you need. Top 20% Sales Representative will earn over $100,000 annually.

About the Position

Our Inside Sales Representatives call on HR departments and hiring managers and introduce them to our unique hiring and recruiting solutions. On the phone call the Inside Sales Representative will provide information on our services and try to close a sale for our services. An Inside Sales Representative will call 30-50 people daily and connect with them in a meaningful way that may lead to a sale.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of previous sales experience, ideally in a B2B position
- Must be comfortable with cold calling
- Excellent computer skills; comfort with learning a new CRM
- Knowing a thing or two about recruiting and HR would go a long way, but is not necessary as we will train on product knowledge.
- Must have your own workstation equipped with computer/laptop and cellphone (we provide you with a 1-800 number to call with)
