We manufacture high quality pallets, skids and crates in both hardwood and softwood. We are hands on family business with more than 45 years experience.

Internally referred to as Hand Builder/Nailer/Pallet Assembler

Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 4:00pm, Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm

Role Overview:

Employees are responsible for manually assembling a variety of pallets, skids and crates throughout their shift, earning piecework for every assembled product. Placing wood into slats of machine, ensuring planks are the right side up for the product, fill machine with nails, watch for jams or board breaks.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, repetitive work
• Experience with hand tools preferred
• Experience in manufacturing an asset
• Physically able to complete the demands of the job such as lifting up to 50 pounds
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have their own means of transportation to the job site (public transit not available)
