Summary Statement

Under the direction of the Director of Finance, this role is responsible for all business forecasting and will provide analysis in decision-making matters operational and strategic. The Plant Accountant will also direct activities of product manufacturing analysis, inventory valuation, and analyze various costs to ensure the integrity. This position requires strong collaboration, and the ability to partner with multiple business leaders.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of plant accounting experience in a manufacturing role.
  • Accounting designation (CMA), or an equivalent combination of related experience.
  • Experience in a multi-entity environment.
  • Experience with intercompany transactions.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel skills.
  • Industrial manufacturing experience and an understanding of production processes and procedures.
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and Excel.
