JOB PURPOSE AND SUMMARY:
Responsibility include but not limited to full cycle recruitment in coordination with hiring managers, assisting Human Resources, and marketing.
DUTIES:
- Responsible for the recruitment of all hourly and salary positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs
- Post jobs and prescreen candidates.
- Continuous improvement in full cycle recruitment finding alternatives and creative ways to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with hiring manager to determine the interviewing and selection process
- Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers
- Manage all onboarding including offer letters, orientation and 90 day follow up
- Maintain all recruitment KPI
- Assist in managing employee records including evaluations and training
- Marketing of Company brand through social media
- Attend job fairs and trade shows as required.
- Assist with all marketing and branding material such as signs, flyers, etc.
- Mandatory cross training required; training will be provided.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Postsecondary diploma in Human Resources Required
- 3+ years related experience
- Ability to take constructive criticism
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Spanish or Low German considered an asset
