Talent Acquisition Specialist

JOB PURPOSE AND SUMMARY:

Responsibility include but not limited to full cycle recruitment in coordination with hiring managers, assisting Human Resources, and marketing.

           

DUTIES:

  • Responsible for the recruitment of all hourly and salary positions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs
  • Post jobs and prescreen candidates.
  • Continuous improvement in full cycle recruitment finding alternatives and creative ways to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate with hiring manager to determine the interviewing and selection process
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage all onboarding including offer letters, orientation and 90 day follow up
  • Maintain all recruitment KPI
  • Assist in managing employee records including evaluations and training
  • Marketing of Company brand through social media
  • Attend job fairs and trade shows as required.
  • Assist with all marketing and branding material such as signs, flyers, etc.
  • Mandatory cross training required; training will be provided.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Postsecondary diploma in Human Resources Required
  • 3+ years related experience
  • Ability to take constructive criticism
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
  • Spanish or Low German considered an asset
