Position Summary

While representing the resort and providing a high standard of customer service, the guest services attendant will be answering guest inquiries about the recreation department's products and services. Processing the guest’s requests and taking payment in a professional and confidential manner will be an important aspect of the job. This is a part time to full time seasonal job starting mid November and the attendant will be required to work on weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries about products and services the department offers including; lift tickets, rentals, lesson packages, programs, gift certificates, and season passes.
• Process rentals and payments using the resorts POS system
• Taking customer's information and payments in a professional and confidential manner.
• Facilitation of liability waivers
• Cash handling duties
• Working in a team setting to provide positive and friendly customer service to all guests.
• Acquiring and maintaining detailed knowledge about product information offered.

Qualifications:

• POS experience is an asset
• Customer services skills/experience
• Proven ability to work under high pressure.
