Here's what you will do....
• Receive inbound calls including transferred sales calls and calls from current and potential customers.
• Process telephone and online orders and accurately input the information in the ERP system.
• Answer questions regarding product details, available services, and customer accounts.
• Assist customers with any technical issues experienced with website and escalate any issues to management appropriately.
• Provide information to patients, prescribers and other HCPs as needed concerning the status of reimbursements or any other information necessary concerning their services.
• Perform basic account maintenance activities.
• Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned to assist the business as required.

Here's what you need...
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills in both French and English.
Be able to provide full open availability to cover a variety of shifts 5 days a week (Monday to Sunday) from 8:00am – 11:00pm, all year round. Your schedule is provided 2 weeks ahead.
• Minimum of high school diploma
• One (1) year experience within a call centre/ customer service environment as a customer care representative. 
• Experience within a healthcare and/or distribution environment is an asset.

• Personal computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn and navigate new software quickly.
• Ability to work with diverse personalities and styles.
• Results oriented, with the ability to manage tight time deadlines and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and self-starter, ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.
• Demonstrates ability to work effectively within a team and dedicated to the accomplishment of both team and individual objectives.
Interpersonal skills in one on one and over the telephone.
• Strong work ethic and self-starter, ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.
• Ability to identify warning signs, analyze issues, troubleshoot and develop creative solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
