Over-the-Road truck drivers earn up to $0.48 per mile* starting pay with a weekly performance pay up to $0.04 per mile and a schedule of 2 weeks out and 1 week home in our unique "home run" configuration. Three drivers will share two trucks in this CDL driving job, which means you get maximum home time while still receiving full-time benefits. OTR truckers haul 95% no-touch freight and average 2,500-3,000 miles per week. • Up to $66,000 per year*
• $7,000 sign-on bonus per experienced drivers
• $5,000 sign-on bonus per inexperienced drivers
• Performance pay up to $0.04 per mile more, paid out weekly

• Potential accessorial pay for detention, layover, hand load/unload
• Higher pay: Inexperienced OTR mileage rates, for example, have increased 17% in the last two years

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
