About the Hiring Company:

We are a human resources company who look to help employees with their health and benefit needs for over 5 decades now in Canada.

As a Disability Case Manager, you will manage a number of short-term, long-term and WSIB disability claims to help facilitate and accelerate the recovery of employees to return to work. Applicants must have over 3 years of experience in the role and be a Registered Rehabilitation Professional.

What you will do in this role:

• Contact employee and their direct manager to explain the process and gather information
• Document your understanding of the situation expanding on the reasons to support or inhibit the employee from returning to work for the manager
• Provide employee with resources to assess their medical / mental health
• Create a return-to-work goal and process with the employee and the employer / manager
• Correspond with the employer’s HR representative

What we are looking for:

• Bilingual in French and English
• Over 3 years of experience in the role
• Registered Rehabilitation Professional

What our company can offer you:

• Salary of $65,000 to $70,000
• 3 weeks vacation
