Sales Representative - Industrial Roofing

We are seeking a salesperson who enjoys calling, in person meetings,  quoting and closing.

We are a leading industrial roofing company, so industrial roofing or construction experience would be a huge asset, but we will be willing to train an outgoing experienced sales person who really wants to build a career in the industry with us.

You will be selling a big ticket item - industrial roofing with an average sale being between $25,000 to $1 million dollars, with the average sale being near $250,0000.

We sell and install commercial roofing all across the greater GTA and Ontario.

We are one of the biggest companies in the industry.

We offer a base starting salary of $50,000 but with the realistic opportunity to earn $250,000 to $500,000 annually

You must:

• Be able to make 30 to 40+ calls daily setting up appointments
• Must be very computer savvy
• Must be able to set up and climb an extension ladder and get on a commercial roof
• You must not be afraid of heights
• You must be personable
• You must be good at math to do quotes
• You must be able to close a sale

You will be using your vehicle during sales calls, and we provide a substantial car and gas allowance.

Once the client wants a quote, you will be required to drive one of our company pickup trucks or vans with an extension ladder out to the client’s location and climb up onto the roof to do the quote. You will be provided Working at Heights training as well as training on quoting.

You will then prepare the quote for the client, present it and close the sale.
