Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter

We hav been providing temporary and permanent staff to companies in the GTA for over 3 years. We are a young and growing company and are looking to hire team members that will grow into management roles in the near future. Currently, we are seeking a Recruiter to help grow our candidate base in the light industrial sector. The individual will be a self-starter and looking to launch a dynamic career within a strong industry. We are ideally looking for a candidate with staffing agency experience, but are willing to entertain candidates that have a superior attitude that is a dynamic person. 

As a recruiter you will have a variety of duties, such as: 
- Dispatching staff to clients throughout the GTA
- Source, phone screen, in person interviews, administer testing and on-line testing
- Scheduling and coordination of interviews with cross functional hiring leaders
- Admin tasks such as data entry and other tasks as required

If you have your own transportation that’s a plus but not a requirement.

To be successful in this role there will be a few attributes you need. First and foremost we are looking for someone with a positive attitude to compliment the team we already have. You also need to be comfortable talking to new people as well as be comfortable making lots of phone calls. Last but not least there will be times that you need to be proactive and unafraid to take charge independently.

We are willing to train but are looking for someone with some experience in staffing.

The 2 main things we are looking for are: an awesome and positive attitude and a proactive and dedicated work ethic.
