Reporting to Director of Service

Must have understanding of the Heavy Truck Market is key in this position.
Duties

• Monitor e-portal daily for new TIB’s and segregate which VIN numbers are to be performed by which location. Send a list to each Service Manager and Service Writer so they can schedule the units in for repair
• Work in conjunction with the Director of Service to create a procedure binder for each location
• Perform 25 random service follow up calls per month and provide findings to Director of Service
• Follow up with all customer concern alerts from KCSS surveys and resolve the customer issues with the corresponding Service Manager
• Generate a daily report that will include total RO counts for the following per location – Total Open RO’s, Warranty Pending RO’s, Christine to Review RO’s, Kenworth Warranty RO’s, Total Open RO Hours
• Add new service employees to Profit Master, Create new user ID’s and new technician records in the system as required
• Assist service departments with any Profit Master issues, contact Profit Master support to help resolve issues
• Generate new repair types in Profit Master as required for specific repairs or specials, including billable hours, labour hourly rates per repair types, work in conjunction with Parts Operations Manager to determine pricing for service specials per repair type
• Create monthly service specials on PacTools for monthly flyer
• Create monthly manager specials on PacTools for retail signage at each location
• Create monthly sell sheets on PacTools to be displayed at each location
• Monitor technician training qualifications per location for Kenworth, Engine manufacturers, drive line manufacturers, ODP training, and other training courses as required
• Update Profit Master with completed training records for each technician
• Assist all locations in implementing processes to expedite the closing of repair orders
• Work in conjunction with each location’s Service Manager, Service Writer’s and Technicians to understand each component manufacturers requirements for warranty processing
• Assist all locations with keeping work orders closed and up to date as assigned by Director of Service
• Work in conjunction with all Service Managers, and Director of Service to resolve customer concerns that may arise
• Any other duties that may be assigned by Director of Service
