Summary
The Sales Manager-New Home Building is responsible to develop and lead the new home building sales team within Edmonton area. The person will establish business plans and sales strategies to expand and nurture the market share in Edmonton area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the new home sales team to achieve the higher standard.
- Develop innovative sales program/strategies to increase market share.
- Create an sound performance management system to ensure sales activities support the company’s strategic objectives
- Identify and respond to market demands and opportunities
- Recruit, motivate and mentor sales professionals at all levels
- Coach and assist sales team to solve any sales related issues.
- Liaise with key external and internal stakeholders to develop cross-promotions
- Actively participate in industry events, associations and committees
- 5 or more years sales experience
- Related industry experience is an asset.
- Degree/diploma in sales/marketing or related education
- Highly motivated, dynamic and persistent front line leader.
- Excellent management, presentation and interpersonal skills
