We are looking for:
We are in search of sales professionals to join our team!  In the role of Account Manager, you will use your creativity, initiative and tenacity to identify and develop client prospects and existing clients, inclusive of researching client prospects, conducting marketing calls and effective client visits, and providing advice to clients on their recruitment challenges.

Your ability to build long-term and trusting business relationships will serve you well as you interact with consultants and job seekers to listen to their needs and provide ongoing valuable advice and valuable recommendations. Strong written and verbal communication skills and a team oriented attitude will be necessary as you coordinate all activity between our company, consultants, term employees and the Branch Account Manager so that you are able to ensure that “right candidates” are delivered on time and meet client quality and value expectations.

Successful sales experience, technical knowledge and recruitment industry experience are required to qualify. You must be Internet savvy and fully conversant in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
