- Hardware Support
- Demonstrates competence with configuration tools
- Provides clear, understandable explanations
- Uses diagnostic tools efficiently and effectively
- Identifies, tests and implements logical Solutions
- Demonstrates understanding of network architecture
- Monitors network performance
- Technical Support
- Responds promptly and courteously at all times
- Demonstrates product knowledge and expertise
- Asks questions and listens carefully
- Provides clear, understandable explanations
- Customer Satisfaction
- Develop and maintain documentation for environments
- Proactively suggest and implement best practices to improve quality of work, working process, and technology standards, including running regular project audits and post mortems
- Manage customer communication
The ideal candidate will have:
- Certification and Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree, College Diploma or equivalent
- Experience:
- 3 Years of Windows 2003/2008 experience
- 3 Years of Exchange 2003/2010 experience
- 3 Years of hands-on deployments and management of networking gear
- Approach:
