A large Chrysler dealership requires a Services Manager. The successful candidate must have outstanding organizational skills, Automotive experience, and the ability to increase business by building an effective team and delivering exceptional customer service.

This key position requires an energetic, customer orientated self-starter who has the ability to form strong relationships. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by ensuring communication and follow-up to our customers on repair status and charges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations;
• Direct progress of repair and service;
• Manage administrative and technical staff;
• Manage paperwork, including warranty, in a timely manner;
• Establish long-term positive relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate would:

• Have a strong background in the Automotive/transportation industry;
• Have proven ability of sustaining high quality service repairs;
• Be skilled at multitasking while maintaining great attention to detail;
• Possess exemplary customer service and management skills;
• Have excellent computer skills, in particular Reynolds & Reynolds; Microsoft Office; and web browsing skills.
