• Lead ISO process management, auditing, document control and oversee training record management
• Lead Service Quality initiatives and related improvement activities
• Lead quality audits of internal processes
• Ensure processes are documented and updated
• Provide training, communication and technical guidance to all affected stakeholders to ensure awareness of quality processes and tools
• Manage non-conformance, corrective & preventive action processes and reporting
• Analyze process non-conformances and assist in identifying, understanding and addressing the root cause of problems
• Contribute to and facilitate the planning and implementation of quality process changes to support organization goals and objectives
• Regular customer interaction by survey and by partnering with the customer's quality leads to develop stronger partnerships and provide 'real' input into the quality system
• Gatekeeper for Customer Scorecards and Reports
• Design, develop and manage process documentation, including workflow diagrams for quality assurance processes

• Minimum Community College diploma or certificate in Quality Assurance (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of prior related experience in Quality Assurance and ISO 9001:2008
• Certificate in Internal Auditing
• Microsoft Office products, Excel and Access required

• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm – extra hours as required
