Location: Bradford, ON

We are an OEM Automotive Parts Supplier and we require talented individuals to support expansion and diversification.
 
You will be responsible for developing global suppliers for new components, coordinating early vendor involvement with the engineering department, processing RFQ’s to suppliers, coordinating PPAP submissions and driving cost reduction efforts.

• Must have 5-7 years purchasing experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry.
• Must have experience in importing of automotive components
• Must have post secondary education
• CPP designation (or enrolment in cert. Program) would be an asset
• Must have strong analytical, negotiating, computer and communication skills
• Must be self motivated and ability to work in a fast paced automotive environment
• Must have good organizational skills
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision 
• Quality/Engineering experience in automotive parts an asset
