Duties:

• Review, interpret and administer contracts for the Solutions Business. Assess, interpret, document and oversee the compliance of the contractual obligations for the Solutions Programs.
• Participate as a member of the contract negotiation team, assuming responsibility for explaining offer positions and matters of a business nature related to the proposed contract.
•  Assist with monitoring contracts for engineering / procurement / construction / government projects.
•  Collaborate with appropriate Procurement personnel on project subcontract matters. Monitor risk and identify new commercial risk.
•  Reviews, interprets & ensures compliance on government contracts. Prepare monthly contract status/progress reports for in-house use.
• Participates in systems implementations and process improvement projects.
• This may involve cross-functional teams, change management, process mapping, standard operating procedures and performance metrics.
•  Provides responsible advice and counsel on a wide range of contractual and business issues.
•  Acts as advisor to Solutions Team, Sales force and Program management.
• Provides consistent and proactive communication on all items related to a contracted customer with the appropriate sales representative and region management personnel.
