Become a Bilingual Client Service Specialist with one of Canada's largest Insurance companies. They put their employees first and offer an excellent work environment. In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Liaising with clients over the phone and in writing
• Responding to client inquiries
• Examining Group Benefits claims
• Following established company procedures regarding the examination and approval of claims
• Entering all relevant data into the company’s computer system
• Ensuring that all entries and adjustment to client files are accurate
• Learning about the insurance industry and getting the designations that will allow you to grow within the company

You will need:

• Excellent communication skills in both English and French – both verbal and written
• Post Secondary Education
• Excellent computer skills and high proficiency with MS Office
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
