Key Responsibilities

This role is responsible for providing all aspects of customer support for their assigned group.
Consult on applications of our RTU and telemetry focused products and solutions within the Upstream Oil & Gas marketplace.

Assists with development of new business, troubleshoots, provides training, and system design.
The role will interpret customer specifications and requirements to convert into new opportunities and provide follow-up support in disseminating training, technical support and information on specific applications.

1. Provide applications support to Upstream Oil and Gas customers and systems integrators utilizing our company’s Host software, RTU and Telemetry products software. These may be potential customers considering purchase of a product, or customers looking for assistance on how to apply the product for their particular application.

2. Assist the sales group with technical sales presentations, bid response, and trade shows as and when required.

3. Develop sample programs and product configurations to enable customers to use these as a guide in developing their own applications and/or to assist sales channels with effective demonstrations of the products.

4. Review of marketing materials and presentations for content and technical accuracy.
