Service Advisor/Writer
Central Edmonton is seeking a Service Advisor to ensure shop productivity and efficiency is maximized.
This position requires an energetic, customer orientated self-starter who has the ability to form strong relationships. As the first point of customer contact, the Service Advisor/Writer is a key player in our truck care centre. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by ensuring communication and follow-up to our customers on repair status and charges.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by ensuring communication and follow-up to our customers on repair status and charges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer greeting, vehicle check-in including customer interview process
- Provide customers with recommendations and cost of required repair/maintenance
- Oversee progress of repair/service orders and inform customer accordingly
- Generate work orders and invoices
- Address customer’s questions/needspromptly and professionally
- Establish long-term positive relationships with customers
- Have a strong background in the automotive/transportation industry
- Be skilled at multitasking while maintaining great attention to detail
- Possess exemplary customer service skills
- Have excellent computer, Microsoft Office and web browsing skills
- Be a solid communicator with exception telephone and email abilities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Medium duty service writing is an asset;
- Valid “class 5” Driver’s license.
