Established in 1984, we currently have over 2000 franchisees and 10,000 corporate customers. We are seeking an Office Manager for the Vancouver office, which is located in Burnaby.
The Office Manager is responsible for supporting the Sales Department and providing customer service via the telephone for the Calgary region and assisting the Regional General Manager in achieving the overall objectives within the area.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support new account proposals for Sales Department
- Provide customer service support for accounts
- Produce Accounts Receivable and Payables invoices and listings
- Answer phones
- Produce letters as needed
- Coordinate contract administration
- Document filing and tracking.
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of three years previous experience, preferably in a customer service or office administration environment.
Must be very proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Intuit Quickbooks.
Must be very organized and detail-oriented.
Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Payable. Ability to deal effectively with all types of personalities is essential.
