Can you offer superior customer service in a fast-paced work environment?
Using your superior professional and business-to-business communication skills, multi-tasking ability, exceptional computer and software skills, resolve problems and concerns using all tools at your disposal. You will be providing a wide range of inbound customer services. Negotiation in working towards viable solutions is key.
The successful candidate must possess:
Minimum of 1 year Inbound Call Centre experience,
Stellar oral & written business English/French communication skills,
Extreme comfort using various software/databases simultaneously,
Above-average mathematical aptitude as evidenced by successful
completion of evaluation.
Ability to efficiently multi-task
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy as evidenced by successful
completion of typing evaluation.
Previous experience in utility or finance industry is an asset.

• Permanent full-time positions from 8 am to 8 pm.
• A casually professional office environment.
• Paid initial training with additional on-going training including weekly sessions and continuous workshops.
• Competitive compensation starting at $13 hour.
• Progressive hourly performance pay eligibility based upon tenure and performance after successful completion of training & certification, •Progressive benefit structure available after three (3) months
