We are searching for a Heavy Equipment Outside Sales Representative for our client who is among the best Merlo Dealer Worldwide and has had a constant growth throughout Canada.

Ideal candidate will have;

- A Minimum of 2 years of experience as Sales Representatives on the road
- Good knowledge of the construction industry and its heavy equipment.
- Ability to incorporate the buying and, Merlo advantages in each customer contacted.
- Ability to rapidly target the person of influence in each contacted company
- Exceptional phone manners to follow up and make cold calls.
- Capacity to forecast sales probability
- Appropriate follow up on each customer
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven Sales background
- Prospecting and cold calling experience.
- Ability to sell higher priced products
- Strong organization and time management.
- Accustomed to long sales cycles and high quality equipment.

Job description;
Ideal candidate will have a proven sales background and the ability to;

- Extend Manulift's leader position in the great GTA.
- Position Merlo units as the prime reference in telehandlers.
- Educate the customer to utilise telehandler vs mini loaders and boom trucks.
- Ensure customers' satisfaction and promptly solve problems.
