We are looking for a personable, motivated and driven Pre-Sales Support Specialist to join our team out of the Cambridge office.

A typical day would include working with a wide-variety of customers to:
- Work with the Sales Engineer to obtain configurations from various distributors or partners, ensuring product availability.
- Work within Partner Deal Management systems to ensure opportunities are registered and statuses are updated in a timely manner
- Review customer POs to ensure products are delivered appropriately.
- Keep informed on industry news, trends, products and services.
- Provide team with solution details including hardware, software, applications. Work closely with team members to ensure that appropriate timelines and milestones are achieved for product delivery.
- Take ownership of the prime relationship with our pre-sales resources to drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing and delivering information to the Sales Executives.
- Management of issues arising during configuration and ensuring that issues achieve a win-win resolution.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Certification and Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree, College Diploma or equivalent
- Experience:
- 5 Years of customer service success in a high-pace environment
- Approach:
