Our company was founded in 1904 and today is Western Canada’s largest machine shop supply distributor. Our motto is “One Stop for your Machine Shop.” We fulfill this statement through our marketing of Haas and Okuma CNC machine tools, Hyd-Mech band-saw machines, a host of conventional machines, machine accessories, cutting tools, precision measuring instruments and abrasives. These products are available through our branch locations in Vancouver (head-office), Edmonton, Calgary and Winnipeg. We support what we sell with in-house service, parts and training. ISO certification was achieved in our Vancouver location September 2005 and Edmonton location May 2008 with the branches to follow. We employ a team of just over 70 employees that work hard to satisfy our machine shop customers.

Our company requires a Territory Manager / Sales Representative in our Edmonton Branch. This individual must be trustworthy, reliable, confident, organized and display an outgoing personality. He/she can develop strong relationships with our customers and suppliers based on trust, strong product knowledge and strong/smart work ethic. This person will be working with our existing customers and prospecting for new ones.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Achieve/exceed annual sales target.
  • Provide customer sales plans
  • Attend and actively participate at sales, branch and product training sessions and branch meetings.
  • Follow up on all sales leads
  • Forge strong relationship with customers and suppliers
  • Provide solutions and support to customers
  • Promote customer visits to our showrooms and measuring rooms
  • Introduce new items, demonstrates features, benefits and uses

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications /requirements:


  • Minimum five years sales experience in industrial sales ( tools, machinery, construction )
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Clean drivers license
  • Presentable/reliable vehicle will be required
  • Having worked directly in the machining industry would be an asset
