Network Cabling Specialist

Experience:


  • Commercial retail experience
  • Installation and termination of Cat5e and Cat6 wiring
  • Installation and termination of fibre optical media
  • Communication rack and cable management techniques
  • Familiarity and or configuration of various vender wireless switch and Access Point technologies.
  • Installation and configuration of Cisco switches and routers

Installation and termination of Telco wiring:

  •             BIX Block terminations
  •             RJ11 terminations
Familiarity of retail environment POS system and hardware:

  •             NCR checkout equipment
  •             Debit Networks
  •             Cash lane networks
  •             Scale networks (Bizerba, Digi, Hobart)
  •             Motorola handheld devices
  •             Motorola Client Bridges
  •             Client bridges and wireless POS
