Customer Service Agents

A major North American passenger service provider is currently recruiting for full- and part-time customer service associates in downtown Toronto.

Candidates needed to provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving passengers at terminal counters, the lobby and platforms.

Front-line employees responsible for ticketing and re-booking passengers, handling luggage, assisting special needs passengers, resolving customer complaints and other duties as delegated.
They are also responsible for consistently presenting a professional and positive image for the company.

Variable schedules, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays, that fit customer demand patterns.

You must be available for a two- to three-week paid training session, which must be successfully completed before obtaining the position.

Candidates possess good interpersonal skills, demonstrate team spirit and enjoy working with the public. You must be physically able to manipulate, on a repetitive basis, items weighing up to 75 lb. You possess a High School Diploma, good computer skills and a minimum of one year of customer service experience. You must pass a background security check, including a police check.
