 Our client located in the Walnut Grove area of north Langley BC(a Mortgage Corporation) are looking for a Staff Accountant who wants to advance in a growing company and industry, and work in a collaborative team environment, therefore the position is in office. This industry role has a variety of tasks, making the position interesting and challenging.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

Posting and Invoicing

Bank Reconciliations

Administration on mortgages including assisting in underwriting renewals and working with amortization schedules, APR etc.

Preparing mortgage renewal documents

Qualifications:

Post-Secondary Accounting Degree or Diploma Minimum

Proficient in Word and Excel (including graphing)

Ability to develop custom reports as needed

Bookkeeping

Proficient on QuickBooks Desktop

Monday – Friday

$53,000-$63,000 depending on experience
