Customer Service Representative

Who We are:
We are a Canadian owned and operated printing and wholesale distribution company with locations in both B.C. and Ontario. As we approach 40 years in business, we are looking to add a reliable individual to join our team in a customer service role at our Pitt Meadows location to handle various CSR tasks and duties.
The Role of a Customer Service Representative:
- Communicate with customers by email and telephone.
- Process customer transactions such as orders, invoices, quotes and returns.
- Provide information about the products we sell and their applications.
- Coordinate delivery and pick up of customer orders.
- Work together with the CSR Team to maintain a high level of customer service.
- Handle a fast paced environment and keep a good sense of humor.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Strong Phone skills; Speaking/Listening
- Problem solving & Conflict Resolution
- Documentation skills
- Analyzing information
- Excellent communication skills (Written and Oral)
- Multi-tasking
- Take initiative in making decisions
- Be organized and pay attention to detail
Education & Experience Requirements:
- High School and Post Secondary an asset but not required
- Previous experience in our industry a strong asset but not required.
- Experience with computers and office software (Account Edge and Microsoft Office)
- Voip phone system operation

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
