Program Manager - Injection Moulding - Top Pay

Our company is a chair systems solution company with more than 50 years of experience in plastic injection moulding. We have made it our business to offer sophisticated components made from various plastics to leading office furniture manufacturers worldwide

We are currently looking for a hands-on Program Manager with strong technical and relationship building skills to join our growing Team, if you are a dynamic program manager with a solid understanding of Injection moulding and tooling , we would like to hear from you! Our company has been considered essential business operation throughout the Covid-19 pandemic and has continued operations successfully.

Responsibilities will include:

• Focus on the operational elements of projects: meeting deadlines, staying within budget and completing deliverables.
• Manage projects through their timelines
• Coordinating program launch to ensure timelines are met.
• Provide regular support to customers.
• Participate in the development of mould designs, production/facility equipment, jig and fixture design
• Ensure  prototype/sample design validation testing, Cp/ Cpk validation of new tooling.
• Participate in corrective action
• Monitor project profitability during and after launch.

Qualifications:

• College Diploma or University degree in a technical or engineering field
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Previous experience in tool design and parting line evaluation would be an asset
• Previous experience in mould flow analysis and FEA would be an asset
• Injection moulding experience and a strong understanding of injection moulding/ tooling is an asset
