We are seeking a Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager

NOTE - This position  can be in office, Hybrid or 100% remote work from home - Your choice.

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Coordinate the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies.
  • Increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, www.hubspot.com/products/crm?spc-source=blog&_ga=1.95218396.1582047750.1462449231">CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management 
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
  • Utilize internal data sets to generate business intelligence for senior management
  • Manage SKU sales inventory and demand forecasting
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify key Business Development Targets
  • Collaborate with Sales team to monitor and analyze performance
  • Work with the finance team to track and analyze financial data, be able to consolidate and calculate revenue forecast
  • Aggregate and analyze internal and external metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights to drive decision making

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Demonstrated superior knowledge of Excel/Database reporting
  • Experience in analytics, ability to identify trends and draw evidence-based conclusions
  • Experience in field force effectiveness (monitor, analyze, report on call activity, frequency, performance gaps, evaluate trends and hypothesize causality etc)
  • Demonstrated experience forecasting, calculating tracking quota, pricing, performance, profit, Op/Ex
  • Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge/experience in SAP Business 1
  • MS Office suite including in depth experience with Power BI
  • Experience in a healthcare environment preferred
  • Past roles marketing, forecasting, access and pricing, marketing, competitive intelligence is essential.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 annually to start
