We are looking for a responsible, enthusiastic Sales Director / Family Services Director to join our team in our Victoria, BC location.

Our company is located at  Sooke Road in Victoria, BC, and is currently recruiting a Full-Time Sales Director / Family Services Director. We have seen tremendous growth in the last few years. We are seeking energetic individuals or sales representatives with an eye for outstanding customer service and a consultative sales approach to join their team.

 

 As a Sales Director / Family Services Director:

  • Developing new customer relationships within a defined geographic region
  • Executing a comprehensive prospecting strategy
  • Managing a successful calendar of prospect-facing sales meetings
  • Converting short-term and long-term opportunity pipelines into new customer revenue
  • Negotiating and closing business leads

We are looking to fill this position with a qualified, action-oriented, and self-motivated individual who is capable of prioritizing and handling multiple demands simultaneously.
